Tasks

Design with impact: Create captivating designs for digital experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Bring ideas to life: Develop conversational web layouts using Figma and translate concepts into engaging, responsive interfaces.
Craft visual assets: Design web graphics, custom icons, and playful animations (yes, even lottery animations!) that elevate our clients’ brands.
Collaborate & innovate: Work closely with developers and strategists to transform creative concepts into reality.
Think outside the box: Reinvent web and UX design by blending creativity with usability and marketing best practices.

Qualification

Mastery of Figma – You know every shortcut and trick, and it shows in your designs.
Creativity that stands out – You push boundaries and set trends, not follow them.
Eye for detail – You have high standards and ensure every pixel is perfect.
Visual storytelling skills – You make complex ideas look simple and intuitive.
Language skills – You communicate confidently in English (German is beneficial but not necessary).
Bonus points: Experience with Prototyping, Style Systems, or motion design is a big plus.

What do I earn with VIERLESS?

Your income at VIERLESS depends primarily on the quality of your work. Whether permanent or on a freelance basis, the finances will never stand between us. We play with open cards: You tell us what you want to earn and we'll tell you what's possible.

Is there a trial period or can I start right away?

Since we receive a large number of applications, we want to guarantee equal opportunities for all applicants. Everyone gets a test project to convince us of their work. This is followed by a legal trial period of 6 months, during which we decide together whether long-term cooperation makes sense.

What does my working day look like at VIERLESS?

You decide for yourself what your working day looks like at VIERLESS. When, where and how you work is entirely up to you. All that matters to us is the final results and pleasant team communication, with which we all feel comfortable and have fun.

Which application documents are required?

None We are not interested in grades, qualifications or certificates. For us, the results of your work and the working atmosphere with you as a team count.
